The Shoe Edition: Mi Piaci & Overland Spring/Summer 2015

Mi Piaci and Merchant 1948 (Overland) recently showcased their Spring/Summer 2015 range, and as always when it comes to these two brands – two of New Zealand’s favourite shoe and accessories stores, this showcase comes with a warning… beware fellow shoe addicts, you’re going to fall in love with all the delicious footwear on offer.

This Spring/Summer, silhouettes are clean, embracing natural leather tones and a sensitive use of colour. Seasonal classics have evolved with sandals, espadrilles and slides featuring accents of texture and hardware alongside the key trend of laced-up footwear. Metallics and embellishment add a luxe element to practicality. Loafers and oxfords are freshened up as the popularity of classic flats continues. Leather reigns supreme for men, be it lush sneakers, suede derbies or a sleek, transeasonal Chelsea boot.
